Honors College Career Panel Series Taking Place All This Month

Starting this Thursday, the Honors College will begin offering its three-part Career Panel Series.  The series is designed to help students learn more about their future career fields and learn how to prepare themselves for their professions.  Professionals from various fields will share information about their careers, and students will have the opportunity to ask questions.

The Law and Legal Professions Career Panel will be held Thursday, March 17th in the Acadian Lobby.   Students will get valuable advice about applying to law school, choosing a career in the legal field, and gaining experience.

Students attending the Liberal Arts, Humanities, and Business Career Panel — scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 24th in the West Laville Library — will learn about applying to graduate or professional school and will also be given advice on choosing a career.

Finally, the Medical and Healthcare Career Panel — scheduled for Thursday, March 31st in the West Laville Library — will focus on how to choose a medical career, gaining practical experience, and on applying to medical or professional school.

All of the presentations will begin at 7:00 p.m., and refreshments will be served.
